Creating thoughtful dialogue and demystifying art to make it more accessible and enjoyable is core to the Gallery 6/67 mission. One way Erica has been engaging groups, large and small, young and old, is through Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS). The essence of VTS is simple; empower individuals to deconstruct, understand and appreciate art on their own. Having been trained by VTS co-creators, Philip Yenawin and Abigail Housen, Erica has trained hundreds of VTS facilitators and lead countless VTS discussions. Today, Erica offer VTS workshops to corporate clients, social organizations, and civic groups. In addition to the signature Gallery 6/67 VTS Learning to Look discussions, there are also Learning What You Like, Art History Highlights 101, and recurring Art Salons.
